Registration

According to the Conference Registration Policy, each accepted  ECOC 2007 paper must have at least one Registration attached to it before July 2nd, 2007 in order to be included in the conference proceedings. It is planned to have a transfer from the ICC with a Historical Train. Since the capacity of the train and the places in the Technical Museum are limited, it is highly recommanded to book on time. Tickets will be provided upon availability on a first come first served basis. Please note that the booking of the ticket for the Historical Train is only possible in conjunction with the booking of the ticket for the Conference Dinner. Full registration includes entry to the worshops on Sunday, all the technical sessions, the exhibition, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks and Conference Proceedings (except Conference Dinner).

Payment

Payment can be carried out by: Credit card   On-line option: Once you have completed your on-line Registration, please choose this option and follow instructions there. You must receive e-mail confirmation in less than 3 working days. If confirmation is not received, please contact  vde-conferences@vde.com    Cheque payment (make payable to VDE Conference Services in Euro). You will receive e-mail confirmation as soon as cheque is received. If confirmation is not received, please contact   vde-conferences@vde.com . Cheque must be sent to: VDE- Conference Services Stresemannallee 15 60596 Frankfurt  - Germany Cancellation policy: All requests for refund must be in writing and received on or prior to 10th August 2007. No refunds will be granted after this date. There will be a 100 EUR service charge for all refunds.
